Overlooking the rolling British countryside, Sophie and Gerard’s wedding at The Beacon was an unforgettable celebration of autumnal beauty and heartfelt joy. This gorgeous couple were a pleasure to work with, and the love and laughter shared throughout the day was truly infectious.

We embraced the season with a rich, warm floral palette and styling that felt natural, elegant, and full of character. Inside the hand-painted marquee, rustic wooden tables were dressed with flickering candlelight, bud vases overflowing with beautiful seasonal blooms, and accents of mini gourds and pumpkins to reflect the harvest feel of the setting.

With dahlias in their prime, we made the most of the season’s bounty—layering textures, colours, and movement throughout the floral design. Sophie’s oversized bouquet was a showstopper, full of dynamic shapes, lush blooms, and subtle wild elements. One of our favourite details? The addition of locally grown Kent hop bines woven into the arrangements for a truly regional touch.

Captured by the supremely talented team at The Chamberlins, this was a wedding that celebrated the best of autumn, the beauty of nature, and a couple so clearly made for each other.
